Asist small logo transparent backgroundWhile browsing on our website, you may come across this symbol, especially if you looking at our staff contacts page. This symbol indicates that the person whose contact information you are looking at has completed the ‘Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training’ course. This course gives its graduates the skills they need in order to ask the appropriate questions to determine if someone is suicidal and to assist that person in getting the help they need. For more information, click on the logo to the left, or click here, to see a complete listing of those individuals who have completed the ASIST course.

RTAssMRT3Similarly, you will see the two markers to the left, denoting individuals who are trained in assisting others with Resilience.  The ‘RTA’ designation identifies those who are ‘Resilience Training Assistants’ and the ‘MRT’ designation identifies those who are ‘Master Resilience Trainers’. Click here for more information!
