Region 8 Youth Leadership Summit Recap!

Fun was had by all at the Region 8 Youth Leadership Summit, with activities such as zip lining, rock wall climbing, camp fires with plenty of yummy s’mores! A LOT was accomplished! Discussion on the State’s best practices, Got Your Six and Morocco Exchange Program and the Veterans History Project!

Strong Bonds

Recap of the Single Parent Strong Bonds Event!

Our first Joint Army/Air event in years Out very first Single Parent Families Strong Bonds event ever!  1 ANG and 2 ARNG Chaplains joined with Family and Youth Programs to teach the “7 Habits of Highly Effective Families” curriculum.  Provided valuable tools to strengthen relationships as well as a much-needed retreat for families.

Memorial Day Run & March

5K, 10K Run or 30K Ruck March Join fellow Soldiers and their Families for a 5K, 10K Run or 30K Ruck March to benefit local homeless Colorado Veterans. This is a growing event hosted by the Colorado Veterans Project which is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit led by our very own 1LT Rob Bingham (2-135th GSAB).  ALL qualifying participants will receive the Norwegian Foot March Medal upon completing the 30K Ruck March carrying a 25-lb rucksack filled with dry good…
