Boots to Business Training – First class begins 9/5/17

Boots to Business is an entrepreneurial education and training program offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as part of the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP). Boots to Business | Reboot is an entrepreneurial training program designed for Veterans and their dependents that have already made the transition back to civilian life. The curriculum continuum includes steps for evaluating business concepts, the foundational knowledge required to develop a business plan and information on SBA resources available to help access start-up capital and additional technical assistance. Veterans of all eras, Service members (including National Guard and Reserves) and their spouses are eligible to enroll in classes.

Course information is provided at the B2B RR website: http://bootstobusiness.msstate.edu/ – visit the MSU Continuing Education site and follow the instructions to enroll and register. Currently, the following classes are scheduled to meet twice weekly for six weeks (Tuesdays and Thursdays):

• Class 01: 7:00 AM CT 9/5/2017 – 10/12/2017

• Class 02: 7:30 PM CT 9/19/2017 – 10/26/2017

• Class 03: 11:30 AM CT 10/3/2017 – 11/9/2017

• Class 04: 7:00 AM CT 10/17/2017 – 11/30/2017

• Class 05: 7:30 PM CT 10/31/2017 – 12/14/2017
