This mind-body program emphasizes techniques to build resiliency. It offers practical breath-based tools that decrease stress, anxiety, anger, and sleep problems resulting in improved overall well-being.
When: April 5-9 (Thursday, Friday, & Monday 6:30pm-9:30pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am-1pm)
Where: Mt Carmel Veterans Service Center – 530 Communication Circle, CO Springs
