Events & Announcements
There are a variety of activities that occur throughout the year that children and youth of the Colorado National Guard are eligible to attend. Examples of past activities even include trips to mountains for snow-tubing! Some of these activities are joint activities with the Air Force on Buckley Air Force Base and the active duty Army on Fort Carson in Colorado Springs.

Friday, June 9th: “The Littles” BIG Night Out. Ages 6-8. Hours: 4-8pm at The Summit in Colorado Springs.
Mon-Fri, June 12-16: Pre-Teen IGY6 Day Camp. Ages 9-12. Hours: 8am-4pm daily. Centennial.
Friday, June 23rd: “The Littles” BIG Night Out. Ages 6-8. Hours: 4-8pm at The Summit in Colorado Springs.
Mon-Fri, June 26-30th: Teens’ IGY6 Day Camp. Ages 13-17. Hours 8am-4pm daily. Centennial.
Friday, July 7th: “The Littles” BiG Night Out. Ages 6-8. Hours: 4-8pm at Centennial Center Park.
Mon-Fri, July 10th-14th: 4-H’s Urban Rancher’s Camp. Ages 8-13. At the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds.
Tue-Fri, July 11th-14th: Silver Cliff Ranch Youth Retreat. Ages 9-18. Near Buena Vista.
Fri, July 21st: “The Littles” BIG Night Out. Ages 6-8. Hours: 4-8pm at Centennial Center Park.
Sat-Sun, July 22-23rd: Cottonwood Parents and Youth Overnight Camp. Ages 6-parents. Golden.
Tues-Fri, July 25th-28th: Youth Advisory Council’s “Emerging Leader’s Training”. Ages 13-18. YMCA Snow Mtn Ranch.
Fri-Sun, Aug 4th-6th: Teen Resiliency Training. Ages 12-18. Grand Junction.
Thu-Sun, Aug 10th-13th: Region 8 Symposium. Ages 13-18. North Dakota.
Sat, Aug 19th: Annual State Training. Ages 6-18. S.E. Christian Church in Centennial.
Fri-Sun, Aug 25th -27th: Yellow Ribbon. Ages 6-18. Location TBD.
