Find Your Family Assistance Specialist

Which Family Assistance Specialist Should I Call?
The FAS team can assist Service Members based upon their Unit location or the location of their personal residence. For example, if a Service Member was in MED CMD, but lived in Colorado Springs, they could call either the Buckley Air Force Base or the Colorado Springs FAS team member. No matter which number a Service Member, Family Member or Commander calls, they will obtain assistance.

The FAS team can be found at five centers facilitating six Family Assistance Specialists (FAS) in the state of Colorado to assist you with your needs:

  • Family Program Headquarters – Centennial
  • Denver Armory
  • Grand Junction Readiness Center
  • Colorado Springs Chestnut Armory
  • Buckley AFB

Don’t forget! There are dedicated teams here to provide you with expert guidance on this subject. By calling the team that assists your branch of service, you will receive personalized care and assistance. They will walk with you from start to finish and through each step of the process.
